North Garrison Heights — Kamlu Retirement Inn is planning a birthday celebration for its residents who are turning 90 years or more. The party starts at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. All friends and family are invited to join in the fun at 1000 N.E. 82nd Ave. Kim and Terry Campbell will sing classic country-western songs at the birthday party.
