Cain, Giants defeat Brewers

PHOENIX (AP) — Matt Cain gave up one run in three innings Sunday and the San Francisco Giants beat the Milwaukee Brewers 6-1.

Cain allowed four hits, walked one and struck out four.

Cole Gillespie had two hits and drove in a run for the Giants.

Chris Narveson went three innings in his second official spring start for Milwaukee, allowing two runs and five hits.
