A man was stabbed in the arm by another man Sunday evening over a disagreement about money.

Police were dispatched to 2009 Norris Road at 5:37 p.m., but both the victim and the assailant left before officers arrived, said Kim Kapp, spokesman for the Vancouver Police Department.

The victim was located and treated for the cuts to his arm. He was not cooperative and was booked into the Clark County Jail on outstanding warrants, Kapp said.

No suspect in the stabbing was located.
