2-year-old falls out window in Portland

PORTLAND — Portland Fire and Rescue says a 2-year-old was injured falling out a second-story window Monday night at a home in southeast Portland.

Lt. Rich Chatman tells KATU that the child was conscious and crying when taken to a hospital.
