Guns allowed in Seattle public libraries

SEATTLE — Guns are allowed in Seattle public libraries.

KIRO reports the library board had to remove a gun ban because of court rulings that only state lawmakers — not cities — have the authority to regulate guns.

Guns are banned in schools and courthouses by state law.
