Tommy Harshaw of Hockinson was voted The Columbian’s high school football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Nov. 2.
Harshaw collected 33 percent of the 2,933 votes cast by fans to beat out Zach Eagle of Camas, who had 26 percent.
Harshaw had 14 carries for 215 yards and three touchdowns in Hockinson’s win over Washougal.
The other nominees were Leon Siofele of Union, Nicholas Wright of Mountain View and Colston Vukanovich of Battle Ground.
Nominees and the online ballot are posted at www.360preps.com each Saturday and voting continues until 8 p.m. Tuesday.
