Rivers, Pike to reschedule Saturday town hall

State Sen. Ann Rivers, R-La Center, and Rep. Liz Pike, R-Camas, canceled their town hall meeting set for Saturday at the Camas Public Library.

The town hall was going to give their constituents a chance to share their thoughts and concerns before legislators head to Olympia for another session in January. But with the governor calling a special legislative session this week, Pike and Rivers, who represent the 18th Legislative District, no longer have the time to host the event.

The town hall will be rescheduled. For more information, call Rivers’ office at 360-786-7634 or Pike’s office at 360-210-4117.

Pike and Rivers recently hosted similar town hall meetings in Battle Ground and Ridgefield.
