Garden swap lets neighbors exchange clippings

North Garrison Heights: North Garrison Heights neighbors held their first plant swap event Oct. 19, where they exchanged clippings from each others' gardens. The swap was hosted by Tricia Mortell and Sandra Ree.

North Garrison Heights — Ten neighbors swapped garden clippings with one another during North Garrison Heights’ Plant Swap on Oct. 19. The neighborhood’s first-ever plant exchange was hosted by Tricia Mortell and Sandra Ree. The community is planning more garden-related events for 2014.
