Garden swap lets neighbors exchange clippings

North Garrison Heights — Ten neighbors swapped garden clippings with one another during North Garrison Heights’ Plant Swap on Oct. 19. The neighborhood’s first-ever plant exchange was hosted by Tricia Mortell and Sandra Ree. The community is planning more garden-related events for 2014.
