SEATTLE — A Redmond man accused of trying to kill his 4-year-old son with a heroin injection pleaded not guilty Thursday to an attempted murder charge in King County Superior Court.

The Seattle Times reported Eric Lehtinen remains jailed with bail set at $3 million.

He and the boy were found unconscious from a drug overdose at their home Sept. 24, the day the 37-year-old’s divorce was supposed to be finalized.
