The woman killed in a single-vehicle crash in Camas early Saturday morning has been identified as Jan Roshak, 56, of Vancouver.

Roshak was driving east in the 4600 block of Pacific Rim Boulevard about 7:45 a.m. Saturday when her vehicle left the roadway for an unknown reason and crashed into a tree, according to Camas police.

Roshak was taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, where police said she later died from her injuries.

Sgt. David Chaney said that police are still investigating what caused the crash.

“We’re not sure if it was weather-related, because it was very foggy that morning, or speed may be a factor,” he said. “Those things are still being investigated.”
