NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have filled out their practice squad by bringing back quarterback Rusty Smith.

The Titans cut Smith on Saturday, leaving them with Jake Locker and Ryan Fitzpatrick on the roster. But the Titans announced Monday they had signed Smith back to the practice squad.

Tennessee also signed tight end Adam Schiltz and guard Al Netter. The 6-foot-4, 256-pound Schiltz was an undrafted free agent by Houston out of Emporia State, while the 6-6 Netter spent last season on San Francisco’s practice squad. He played at Northwestern in college where he started 52 straight games.
