Vancouver police are seeking help from the public to find a missing 73-year-old man with mental health issues.

Lee Holder was last seen just before 1 a.m. Tuesday near East Fourth Plain Boulevard and Northeast Stapleton Road, where he was contacted by police. At the time, Holder was not reported as missing. He was in his black, two-door 1984 Ford Mustang with Washington plates 120VOR.

However, police say he was last seen in a blue Ford Mustang.

Anyone who sees Holder or knows anything about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
