Rob Figley, a candidate for freeholder in district 3, position 2, died on Sept. 21.

According to state law, Figley will remain on this November’s general election ballot.

If Figley were to win the election, the result will be a vacancy of the office, and the position would be filled by another process as determined by the Clark County Elections Office.
