Prism Technologies LLC has leased office space at 717 N.E. 61st St., Vancouver, from Private Properties LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Santa Lama has leased 870 square feet of retail space from Burton Plaza LLC at 11021 N.E. Burton Road, Vancouver, for an island-related goods retail sales business. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Tram’s Legacy LLC has purchased a 5,223-square-foot retail building, Springbrook Station, at 5101 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver, from Barry J. Powell. The purchase price was $1,250,000. Derek Federinko and Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
