Cimmaron — Lee Robbins, a longtime Vancouver businessman, died in November. Robbins, who had a background in banking, took his business for many years to Riverview Bank on Northeast 162nd Avenue, and his family knew that he loved the place. The branch manager, Margie Wagner, always gave Robbins personal attention and even dropped by his care home to do his business as his health declined. She even brought him an Oregon State University blanket to snuggle under while watching college football on TV. On Feb. 28, Robbins’ daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Hank Rice, catered a luncheon for the whole bank branch staff to say thank you for all the years of excellent service.
