Portland Thorns FC on Wednesday makes its second visit to Houston early in the National Women’s Soccer League season. Kickoff is at 6 p.m. PDT, with a live webstream at portlandthornsfc.com.

The Thorns won 1-0 at Houston on April 12 in the inaugural match for the expansion Dash. Ali Long’s header from a throw-in provided the goal in that game.

At 2-1-2, Portland is in fourth place in the nine-team NWSL. Houston (1-4) sits in eighth place.

The Thorns are coming off their first setback of 2014, a 1-0 loss to Seattle on Saturday at Providence Park.
