Four people are facing drug charges after police seized more than 17 pounds of methamphetamine earlier this week.
The Clackamas County (Ore.) Inter-agency Task Force, a group aimed at addressing methamphetamine problems, launched a lengthy investigation into a suspected drug trafficking organization operating in Clackamas, Clark and Multnomah counties.
On Monday, police learned that a large shipment of methamphetamine was on its way through Clackamas County.
After intercepting the suspect vehicle, investigators found the drug and arrested four people on drug-related charges: Joseph D. Neth, 43; Darren G. Cornwell, 40; Corinne E. Shaver, 53; and Florencio Morales-Calderon, 32.
