3rd Congressional District race: U.S. Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, will host a campaign kickoff lunch June 4 at the Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St., Vancouver. Registration starts at 11:30 a.m., and the event starts at noon. Guests will include Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman, former state Sen. Dino Rossi and state Reps.
