Week 10 prep football player of the week nominees

Nominees for high school football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Nov. 7. Voting will conclude at 8 p.m. Tuesday with results published in Wednesday’s Columbian.

CALEB BROWNING, UNION: Browning rushed for 134 yards on 18 carries and three touchdowns in a win over Curtis.

NATHAN HAWHTORNE, COLUMBIA RIVER: Hawthorne caught eight passes for 86 yards and three touchdowns and one interception in a win over Garfield.

AUSTEN JOHNSON, HOCKINSON: Johnson had two interceptions, rushed for 37 yards and a touchdown and caught two passes in a win over Black Hills.

ZAC SHOMLER, SKYVIEW: Shomler completed 35 of 51 passes for 437 yards and four touchdowns in a win over Skyline.

COLE ZARCONE, CAMAS: Zarcone rushed for 108 yards on 13 carries and two touchdowns in a win over Tahoma.
