Friends of Library sets 11th holiday book sale

The Friends of Vancouver Community Library’s 11th annual holiday book sale is set for Saturday and Sunday in the Columbia Room of the downtown branch, 901 C St. Saturday’s sale will be from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday’s sale will be from noon to 4 p.m. A Friday presale is set for 5 to 8 p.m. for member of Friends of Vancouver Library; anyone may join at the door.

Gift-quality and collectible books will be $1.50 to $35. All items will be half-price Sunday. (Books won’t be sold by the bag.) There will be more than 2,000 items available, including audio books. All proceeds help programs at the Vancouver Community Library.
