Human trafficking summit planned

A summit aimed at addressing domestic violence and human trafficking in Washington is scheduled to take place in Vancouver in January.

The National Women’s Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation is presenting the No More summit Jan. 17 at the Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St.

The summit will feature three high-profile domestic violence and human trafficking cases from around Washington state, focusing on system failures and how collaboration with police and FBI can lead to more success stories.

More than 25 local, state and national organizations, companies and campaigns will be present.
