Vancouver to remember 9/11 on 13th anniversary

The city of Vancouver will hold its annual Patriot Day ceremony at City Hall in remembrance of 9/11

The event, which starts at 12:10 p.m. in front of the downtown building, 415 W. Sixth St., includes a posting of the colors and remarks from city Councilor and Mayor Pro Tem Larry Smith.
