West Hazel Dell — If you live in the neighborhood, it was hard not to notice the opening of a new Dutch Bros. Coffee location in the parking lot of Grocery Outlet at 9913 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave. That’s because Dutch Bros. drew a huge crowd by selling $1 drinks and donated the proceeds to the Columbia River High School Booster Club and the A.V.I.D. program, which provides college prep for first-generation, college-bound students. The fundraiser generated a $3,532 donation.
