The Fort Vancouver National Trust has temporarily moved its bookstore to Pearson Air Museum, 1115 E. Fifth St.

The museum is the temporary location of the visitors center for Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.

The longtime visitors center at 1501 E. Evergreen Blvd. is closed for remodeling.

The bookstore will be managed by trust staff from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

In a news release, Trust President and CEO Elson Strahan said: “The Trust is pleased to continue to operate our bookstore in the temporary National Park Service Visitor Center at the air museum. We want to ensure that visitors have access to interpretive materials that help to enhance their understanding of this historic site.”
