Firm reports 3 commercial property transactions

Commercial real estate firm Eric Fuller & Associates of Vancouver reports three recent property transactions in Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the sellers in all three transactions.

• ABDP, LLC, a hospitality company, purchased 3.07 acres of vacant land at Northeast 68th Street and Highway 99 from Pei-Ching Chou for $375,000. The property will be developed as motel/hotel. Brook Supert of REIG represented the buyer.

• Developer H&H Andresen purchased a 40,075-square-foot commercial pad at 7001 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. for $884,980. The site will be redeveloped for retail uses.

• Cascade Federal Credit Union purchased the 5,000-square-foot retail building at 805 N.E. 98th Circle from Hazel Dell Properties, Tim Brown of The Tim Brown Company represented the buyer.
