Share Vancouver recently added two board directors, Elizabeth Fitzgearld and Michelle Prosser. This means Share, which operates three homeless shelters, has increased its number of board directors to 16.

Fitzgearld is the office manager of a local doctor’s office and an MBA candidate in nonprofit management at the University of Portland. She developed the patient navigator program at the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington and is on the program advisory committee at Everest College.

Prosser is a managing attorney and shareholder at Stahancyk, Kent & Hook P.C. She’s a member of the Washington and Clark County bar associations, the Clark County Chamber of Commerce, Identity Clark County and Vancouver’s Downtown Association.

“It’s always nice to have a diverse board because then they bring unique skills,” said Share spokeswoman Jessica Lightheart.
