Business and residential security alarm users will now be allowed to manage accounts online through the Vancouver Police Department.
Features include the ability to register security alarms, pay permit fees, appeal false alarm penalties and contact customer service.
New users need to apply for a permit by contacting http://crywolf.cityofvancouver.us.
Current users are able to set up, manage their account and receive email updates by contacting CityVPDAlarmUnit@cityofvancouver.us.
Vancouver Police Department requires a permit for anyone managing a home or business security alarm.
