Girls basketball: Union 44, Heritage 17

Grace Davis scored 14 points to lead the Titans to a 4A Greater St. Helens League victory.

Kili Anderson added nine points and nine rebounds as Union improved to 2-1 in league play and 4-6 overall.

Union led 17-2 after the first quarter and 28-5 at halftime.

“It was a good team effort, especially on the defensive side,” Union coach Kelly Blankenship said.

Anna Penttila scored 8 points to lead Heritage, which fell to 1-2 in league and 5-5 overall.
