Thomas Sowell’s June 30 screed “Supreme Court dismantling power of ‘We the People,’ “ chastising the court for decisions on “Obamacare and same-sex marriage” begs the question: Where was he when the court declared corporations to be people and thus have unlimited spending for political purposes?
