Evergreen Highlands — The Society of Washington Artists Annual Spring Exhibit and Sale took place May 14 to 17, featuring works by artists of all ages.
Oregon-based artist Eric Bowman judged the competition portion of the event. Joanne Radmilovich Kollman’s oil painting, titled “The Red Hat,” was awarded Best of Show. Robert Hope’s oil painting, “Let It Be,” earned the People’s Choice.
