A Clark County Sheriff’s Office K9 subdued a wanted man Thursday evening in Hazel Dell, according to the CCSO.

Tracy L. Montgomery, 30, was being sought by the United States Marshall Service and members of the regional Career Criminal Apprehension Team, according to a CCSO bulletin. Deputies were called in to assist after the man was located sitting in a vehicle at a gas station in the 600 block of Northeast 99th Street.

The bulletin said the man did not follow commands from officers and ran away, despite orders to stop. CCSO K9 “Ringo” was released and captured the man.

Tracy received medical treatment for injuries he suffered in the incident and then booked into the Clark County Jail on a probation violation out of Oregon.
