Police in Oregon have arrested two Florida men whom they suspect of using counterfeit credit cards in stores in Washington and Oregon.

Acting on a lead, Beaverton detectives arrested the suspects and seized more than 100 counterfeit credit cards and approximately $10,000 worth of gift cards and prepaid credit cards that allegedly were purchased with the counterfeit credit cards.

The two suspects have been in Washington and Oregon since Feb. 20 and were shipping their fraudulently obtained purchases back to Florida, police said. The suspects were mainly targeting Home Depot, Staples, and Office Depot stores.

Roberto Moncada, 26, and Georqui Martin, 22, who are from the Miami area, are currently lodged at the Washington County Jail on aggravated ID theft and Theft I charges.
