Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Alpine Mortgage Planning has leased 2,063 square feet of office space at 400 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Athanasios Ikonomou has leased 600 square feet of office space at 2200 Broadway. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Core Commissions has leased Suite 241, with 405 square feet, at Washougal Town Square, from Lone Wolf Development. The tenant and the landlord represented themselves in the transaction.

Discovery Chiropractic Clinic and KKW Massage has leased 1,780 square feet of retail space at 9100 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from Maria’s Properties. The anticipated move-in date is June 1. Pam Lindloff and R. Tom Smith of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Fatboy Vapors has leased 588 square feet of office space at 14208 N.W. Third Court, Suite 110, Vancouver, from Pacific Cascade Parking Equipment Corporation. Adam Roselli, and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Ferrellgas, a propane provider, has leased 1,553 square feet of office space at 1220 Main St., Suite 200, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is June 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Tom Shimota of JLL represented the landlord.

Ian Peterman has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 500 W. Eighth St. from Clark County. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Keys to Advancement has expanded its leased space from 735 square feet to 1,503 square feet at 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

SEG has leased 1,200 square feet of warehouse space at 5610 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
