A box truck and small car collided in an apparent T-bone crash Wednesday morning in Battle Ground that sent five people to hospitals.

Clark County Fire District 3 responded to North Parkway Avenue and Northeast Onsdorff Boulevard shortly before 10 a.m., according to the district.

Crews found a box truck blocking Parkway and a small car on the sidewalk.

Battle Ground police blocked traffic while firefighters worked to extricate the car’s driver and evaluate everyone’s injuries.

Three people were in the car and two were in the truck, District 3 Battalion Chief Sean Smith said.

All five were hospitalized, according to the district. Information on the extent of their injuries was not available.
