Jane Harris is the new executive director of the Vancouver-based Community Mediation Services. She replaces Nancy Pionk, who was with the organization for more than 10 years.

Harris has worked in nonprofit management for decades, including fundraising for Friends of the Columbia Gorge and the Oregon Humane Society.

“My focus will be on looking at emerging needs in our community and building our capacity to best serve those community members and businesses,” Harris said in a news release.

Community Mediation Services offers mediation, conflict management and communication training to individuals, groups and businesses in Southwest Washington. Visit www.mediationclarkcounty.org for more information.
