Boys basketball: Woodland 60, Hockinson 45

Bryce Mulder scored 20 points and Tanner Sixberry added 14 more as the Beavers wrapped up the No. 2 seed to the district tournament with their fourth straight win.

Woodland will host Centralia at 7 p.m. Saturday to open the district tournament.

Kinai Kiyokawa had 13 points to lead the Hawks on Senior Night.

“We had seven seniors for Senior Night,” Hockinson coach Manny Melo said. “It was a great atmosphere. They played hard, had fun and finished with smiles on their faces. It was a great way to send them off.”
