Major crimes detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred Tuesday night at a Walgreens in Vancouver’s Ogden neighborhood.

Officers were called to the store, at 2903 N.E. Andresen Road, at about 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.

Two armed men entered the pharmacy area of the store and held up the employees at gunpoint, Kapp said. The two men robbed the store of a combination of cash and narcotics medication before fleeing on foot, Kapp.

Officers searched the area with a police dog but did not locate the suspects, Kapp said.

Detectives are continuing their investigation into the incident.
