Sherwood, Ore., police arrested a Vancouver woman Friday morning in connection with a crash in front of the local grocery store and said a Breathalyzer test at the police station showed her blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent after the crash.

Officers received word of a non-injury crash blocking traffic during the morning rush hour, and found a white 2015 Subaru four-door had made a dangerous left turn and crashed into a Ford F-350 pickup, according to the Sherwood Police Department.
