Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Krystal Steinbarge has leased office space at 2200 Broadway, Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord and Cari Jones of The Phillips Group represented the tenant.

Lovelace Properties has purchased a 1,821-square-foot commercial building at 14389 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The purchase price was $660,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer and Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the seller.

Magna Construction Services has leased 800 square feet of office space at the Interstate Business Center, 9013 N.E. Highway 99, Suite X, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the landlord.

Mattress Superstore has leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at Vancouver Park Plaza, 8101 N.E. Parkway Drive, Suite C3, Vancouver. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant.

Panache Properties has purchased a 31,191-square-foot office building at 4001 Main St., Vancouver. The purchase price was $3,575,000. Bill Younce of NW Equities Investment Real Estate Services represented the purchaser and Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the seller.

Solti Sporting Goods has leased office space at 717 N.E. 61st St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord and Cari Jones of The Phillips Group represented the tenant.
