Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Destiny Ministries International has leased 5,000 square feet of office space at 6503 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Parkhill Shopping Center LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Executech Lease Group, specializing in Point of Sale systems, has leased 1,383 square feet of office space at Main Place, 1111 Main St., Suite 655, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and John Lee of JLL represented the landlord.

Right Irrigation has renewed its lease at M2J Business Park, 3000 N.E. Minnehaha St., Suite A, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Thermal Supply, an HVAC supply company, has expanded its lease by 4,500 square feet at Quad 205 Business Park, 10112 N.E. 39th St., Vancouver. Garret Harper of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord, Spears Real Estate.
