Clark County’s Rotary clubs will host a conference of district Rotaries this weekend at the Hilton Vancouver Washington.

District 5100 includes clubs from Southwest Washington and northern Oregon, ranging from the coast to Portland and Salem to the Columbia Gorge and Eastern Oregon.

The three-day conference opens Friday at 11:30 a.m. A photo exhibit — open to the public — will be on display that honors former victims of sex trafficking who now are survivor-leaders.
