The Skyview girls soccer team overcame a two-goal deficit to beat Union 3-2 in overtime on Wednesday.
Grace Eversaul headed in the winning goal during the second of two five-minute overtime periods. The golden goal came off a corner kick by Courtney Cutter.
Cutter and Regan Smith scored in the second half to answer two first-half goals from Union. Isabelle Morales and Brissia Rodriguez scored for the Titans.
The win pulls Skyview into a second-place tie with Union in the 4A Greater St. Helens League at 3-2. Camas leads the league at 4-0.
“It was a complete team effort,” Skyview coach Erika McManus said.

• Aleks Mertvyy, Hudson’s Bay tennis, rallied from 0-5 down in the third set to for a 7-5 win in the No. 1 singles match against Prairie. It was the only win of the day for the Eagles.
• Nick Neathamer and Jake Benson, Columbia River tennis, won in straight sets at first and second singles to lead Columbia River to a 6-0 win over R.A. Long. The Chieftains finished undefeated in league play.
• Nate Beed, La Center boys cross country, led the Wildcats sweep against King’s Way Christian with a personal-record time of 16 minutes and 51 seconds on a 5,000-meter course at Vancouver Lake.
• Dolly Suarez, Evergreen girls soccer, had three goals and two assists as the Plainsmen beat Fort Vancouver 9-0.
