Vancouver – Vancouver-based Prestige Care was recently granted national accreditation for its new home health service.

Community Health Accreditation Partner granted the accreditation for the Advanced Home Health Northwest program for exceeding standards related to structure and function, quality of services and products, human and financial resources and long-term viability for service providers, according to a news release from Prestige Care. The program serves residents in Portland and Yamhill Valley. The accreditation means the program is now certified Medicare provider.

The program, which launched in October 2015, provides a wide spectrum of home health services to help those recovering from sickness or injury, living with disability or physical impairment, seeking treatment for an ongoing illness or who are otherwise unable to leave their home for treatment.
