Vancouver – A 1.38-acre site in the Lincoln neighborhood is slated to be subdivided into 10 distinct lots for single-family residences, according to pre-application forms submitted to the city of Vancouver last week.

The site, 1205 W. 39th St., currently hosts a single-family residence. The lot is currently surrounded by other single-family residences, Vancouver-based SGA Engineering, PLLC, said in the application. Sewer and water systems are already in place as well. Oliver Hidden owns the lot.

A hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Nov. 17 in the Alder Conference Room at Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. Sixth Ave. For more information, contact Patti McEllrath at 360-487-7893 or patti.mcellrath@cityofvancouver.us.
