Vancouver – The Southwest Washington Recovery Coalition and more than 20 local agencies will bring a message of hope to people battling addictions Saturday at Clark College.

People who are successful in recovery will share inspirational stories, and 10 local leaders will be honored for contributions to recovery.

People who attend can explore community groups that provide addiction recovery resources, and enjoy free hot dogs and hamburgers for lunch. Interpreters will be on hand for the hearing-impaired.

Drug addiction will be addressed, along with other powerful addictions, including gambling, sex, the internet, alcohol and pornography, at the 15th annual Recovery Forum.

The lunch starts at noon, and presentations begin at 1 p.m. at Gaiser Hall, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver.

For more information call Recovery Forum chairman Donnie Rychart at 360-977-2902.
