A man in a ski mask robbed two Clark County convenience stores at gunpoint Sunday morning.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office said a clerk at Oscar’s Market, 4901 N.E. Saint Johns Road, contacted police after a man entered his store, displayed a weapon and demanded money around 9 a.m.

The robber snatched some cash then made off on foot, the sheriff’s office said, and he was not located.

Nineteen minutes later, police responded to an armed robbery at  the Minit Mart, at 1901 Kauffman Ave. Again, a man entered the store, flashed a gun then left with some money. The suspect was not located.

In both robberies, the suspect was described as a about 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall with black hair and wearing a brown work jacket. The man wore a black ski mask during both robberies.
