Political group hosting series of events Friday

Vancouver – The political organization Right2BHeard is hosting a series of events in Vancouver starting this Friday called When WOMEN Unite, #LoveWins. The events kickoff on 6 p.m. on Friday with a pre-rally and carb-loading event including an all-you-can-eat pancake dinner for $6.99 at IHOP, 2900 S.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver. People are encouraged to wear purple.

The rally will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Port of Vancouver Terminal 1 amphitheater, 110 Columbia St., followed by a march along the Waterfront Renaissance Trail. At 5 p.m. on Sunday, the group will host a candlelight vigil at the amphitheater.
