As part of a yearlong investigation, detectives arrested three men and seized weapons, cash, vehicles and almost 19 pounds of methamphetamine after serving four search warrants around the county July 6, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Vancouver police officers and sheriff’s deputies searched a vehicle and houses at 6908 N.E. 91st Ave. in Five Corners; 2404 N.E. 92nd Ave. in Vancouver’s Oakbrook neighborhood; and 15708 N.E. 89th St. in Orchards.

The sheriff’s office said detectives arrested three people on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver: Uriel Alvarado-Ponce, 18; Hector Sanchez-Alejandro, 44; and Rosalina Aguilar, 44.

The sheriff’s office said investigators recovered 18.8 pounds of methamphetamine, 13 firearms (one stolen), $9,300 in cash and two vehicles.

The sheriff’s office said the investigation is more than a year old, and has led to prior state and federal prosecutions.
