Letter: Blame is misplaced

How sad that The Columbian apparently blames the Alexandria, Va., baseball shootings on gun violence and not the human state of depravity, by publishing “The National Pastime” editorial cartoon on June 17.

The Columbian must also be against forks, for causing obesity, and want to outlaw cameras for causing porn.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
