A three-story self-storage facility has been proposed in the northeast corner of Vancouver, near the North Image neighborhood.

The facility, proposed by StoneRidge Capital LLC of Vancouver would be built near the intersection of Northeast 157th Avenue and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard, according to pre-application documents filed with the city of Vancouver.

The facility itself would be three stories, each about 20,355 square feet. It would be 36 to 40 feet tall. The property is 1.13 acres and would require a zone change, the documents said. Traffic impacts are currently unknown. The facility would be staffed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with customer access 24 hours per day seven days a week, the documents said.

Developers are scheduled to speak with city planners March 30.
